Player housing
Hi, i was wondering how much info have we got so far concerning player housing? I know there's going to be 3 types of player housing. In town, claiming plots and instanced housing. I believe the physical houses in town are going to be the most sought after, which brings me to my question. I don't know if there's an answer to this yet, but it doesn't hurt to ask anyway. How much of the playerbase will actually be able to get a house in town pr. server assuming the server is fairly well populated?

But in the last video they said some things:
Houses can be aquired after a node reaches lvl 3, these houses will be rather small and have just one room(lvl1 houses), after the node levels up the houses will level up as well (lvl2 houses) they become bigger and will be moved into a more central position. At the same time new houses will open up but they will be lvl1 again. After the node levels up again lvl2 houses will becomme lvl3 and lvl1 houses will becomme lvl2, new lvl1 houses will appear as well.
So to get a good house in a node you either have to be there from the beginning or buy one with probably loads of money (player can sell their high level houses).
Nodes will also have instanced housing (as you said) which will be unlimited but i do not know if these will grow with nodelevel or be all and always be the same.
I would say getting a lvl1 or lvl2 house in a metropolis will probably be rather easy for almost everyone but getting everything above will probably be extremely limited(especially the highest level).
The good thing is there will always be housing for people and for the high end housing you will need to put effort into getting them.
