New or improved forum
Let's start with hello! My first created topic :p
So, although I realize there are far more important things to focus developing currently, I was wondering what people think about the forum, and the devs are around, if there is some plan to replace or improve it at some later time?
<strong>My thoughts so far:</strong>
<li>Having new posts at the end of a forum instead of a "new post" etc at the top is not very intuitive.</li>
<li>Having no "preview post" it a bit annoying when working around with bbcodes and whatever else you might be doing. I can see people making big guides to classes and such eventually, and I would really like to see that button.</li>
<li>Having a +1 or something indicator over the "Forums" tab as well as some overview of "unread messages in active topics" instead of the "notify me of follow-up replies via email".</li>
<li>Having some upvote system both for posts you agree with instead of people quoting or whatever else to just say "I agree", and a community upvote possible to give helpful players on the forum.</li>
<li>Having some clear explaination on how to use tags, do you leave them with "," or "spaces" ? </li>
That's just some of my ideas, I'd love to hear everyone else opinion, as well as some answer from the devs if anything like this is currently planned or being worked on.
Edit: Ok, so using "< li> clearly doesn't work the way it should either:p

but yeah notifications would help dramatically as its hard to tell where someones comment on my posts :(
and yeah up votes 100% :)
the way tags work is Example 1, Next tag so basicly multiple tags are just separated by a , and a space. if there is only 1 tag, then theres no need to put anything after
btw don' t edit your post it might get deleted (known issue being worked on )
and ill pass on the <li> issue :)

Telling you, this forum isn't great. lol
1. Please allow us to privately message users on the website, it’s a basic feature that can come in handy.
2. Build some interface to support guild pages, allowing people to build a page specifically for their guild complete with various informative sections, roster and maybe even a customization feature would surely please almost everyone. (small private forums for members of that guild?)
3. Open up a suggestion box, that way it will be much easier for you to gather data on what the community might think is missing from the website.
4. Better mobile support.

I think these are really good suggestions mate, really. PM is pretty normal on forums, but I didn't even realize it wasn't available here :p Guild pages is a pretty good idea. With guilds maintaining up to 300 members, a "guild message of the day" or a teamspeak will probably not cut-it, and a forum-section with some admin rights for your own guild could be a pretty genius way to keep everyone connected and up to date. Plus, if people are like me, they enjoy to check in on forums etc while at work, lol.
Not sure what is wrong about mobile support, they're currently using html5 & css3 standard and it seem pretty solid on my phone, just the general issues with this current forum bugging things to the sides etc?
