Oceanic Servers Please.

Hi,

I know it's way too early to be asking, but I wanted to get this question out there. As an Australian, high latency is a MASSIVE issue and since most games nowadays are providing us with local oceanic servers, it's pretty much a deal breaker for a lot of people when a game doesn't provide these servers. So does Ashes Of Creation have any plans for oceanic servers in the future?

    Depending the interest of the game in regions, there will be servers provided - this includes OCE, SEA and other regions. If you wish to bring interest in that region, make sure your voice is heard on our community forums and discord.

    +1 for oceanic AU/NZ server coverage.

    Writing as a fellow Aussie, I understand the issue all too well. I also understand the issue that in every MMO I've played where people have demanded, and got, an ANZ server... said server has often fallen over within a year due to such a small community.

    It's a hard thing to balance. There are lots of Aussie gamers, relatively, out there. We tend to do a very poor job, however, of piling into a game and *staying there* to make our servers viable over time. There's absolutely nothing worse than a server merge.
