Unable to pledge; Help me

I never used Kickstarter before without using PayPal, when I tried to pledge, I got the following e-mail:

    payment issues is on kickstarters side <a href="https://www.kickstarter.com/contact?ref=footer" target="_blank">vist this link and they will help you resolve any issues </a>
