Hello all,
Pretty new to the forums though I've lurked on the Discord a bit waiting for news. With the release of the Kickstarter, I've backed and decided to introduce myself to my fellow AoC peeps.
Excited to play this game when it's released. I backed at the Braver of Worlds tier [luckily snagged an early bird special of it] but thinking about upping. Not sure yet. Leaning towards a healer/support role most likely as that's what I usually play [Maybe Cleric with something else] and am excited to see the Naval aspects of the game. Hopefully we hit that 1.5 million stretch goal! I'm more of a PvX type of player, interested in all the game has to offer and can't wait to explore some ruins!

I always play a healer, and I'm interested to see what a cleric / summoner combo can do.

What kind of abilities are you expecting of the cleric class?
If you're interested in some PvX guild, I strongly recommend taking a look <a href="https://www.ashesofcreation.com/forums/topic/controversity-probably-eu/" target="_blank">at this EU based guild</a> ;)

Nothing too fancy, just some abilities able to keep my party up as well as some defensives. Though with the class comboing, there I hope to see some unique things. Too bad there's no monk class. :/

Ah that's too bad, a motivated healer would've been a great addition to our ranks :)
What comes to the class naming system: a tank/cleric combo is called paladin so I don't see why cleric with tank augmentation wouldn't be a monk type class. Let's hope for the best!
