Worker -Servant people you can hire for crafting and gathering

Hi everbody i just wish to trow this idea about maybe having a system of workers, who will be hire and do gathering ,crafting and processor stuff while you can raid, pvp, etc... This idea come from Black Desert Online , so the worker can do your job BUT less faster (crafting) and gather less stuff but work while you do someting else or be offline . Plz give me your opinion about it (sorry for my bad english still learning:P

Id like to hire trollop NPCS to wander about my freehold tavern\Brothel named :"The Withered Teet"~Come for food and drink!! Leave with an "itch".

The devs have already said there will be no kind of NPC labour system in this game. If you want something done, you have to go do it yourself.

So if your plan is to run a tavern, you would actually have to serve your customers?

You could probably hire NPC bar-workers to serve drinks and food to your customers, but not go out gathering items, etc like in BDO.

You go to tavern, get drunk and lost all your items :)
