I'd like to see a Monk class
Could fit the play style of a support melee . Lots of mobility but only high burst damage and providing group immunities / buffs with Low sustained damage. A monk could be more so about tricks and outplay rather than say a high sustained damage melee (Fighter) or high burst, stealth with sneakyness and excellent timing (Rogue).
That's my thoughts on it anyways. Agree / Disagree?

Sort of... but Monks are typical weapon-less. Usually just hand wraps and things.
I used to love playing my Monk in EverQuest 2. I modelled her after TV chef Nigella Lawson.
A tank/fighter could be like a berserker
A tank/summon could be like a shadow knight.
A fighter/rogue could be like a monk.
A fighter/mage could be a battlemage.
Something like that.
My gut feeling is that it'll be certainly possible to run a warrior monk at release/beta/alpha (akin to budhist warrior monks in Japan), but Shaolin-style kung-fu monk? Not sure :p

mage/fighter would be a battlemage however fighter/mage is a spellsword, remember that the second class just changes the abilities of the first to have some aspects of the second class. So summoner/tank and tank/summoner are two different combinations.
chi based kind of thing.
Magic wielders always seem to be pidgeon holed into ranged or aoe abilities.

There is much truth here, and I agree. This would be a nice addition. If not a Chi based, something similar to a WoW death knight that spreads conditions/runic based damage across the enemy ranks. AoC seems to be big on runes, so I could see something like that working here.
