Suggestion: Hiring NPCs to decorate your freehold/store.

So my dream for my freehold is to create an inn/tavern. And to fulfill this dream, a cute maid/server is necessary! I mean, we can have a billboard for players to access a UI to purchase goods and trade. OR we can upgrade it to a NPC that can talk and create dialog with players as well as serve as the UI to purchase goods.
It's not like I'm asking for a <del datetime="2017-05-08T20:38:26+00:00"> waifu</del> pet. Wouldn't it be nice if we can hire NPCs to stand around in our freehold/stores to get that full immersion of a running store?
