Taverns...?

I was watching a youtube video about this game, when i heard that players can have a little space on the world where they can decide to build a house, marketplace, tavern...
My idea of a tavern in this game is the next :
-Having your own tavern where players can enter, chill, drink, etc.
-Doing trades so you keep having resources to run the ravern
-Hire people
-Random or hired people playing music in the tavern.

For example when I enter a tavern, to buy some food and keep travelling the next morning. Would be wonderfull to see many players (afks) and non afks doing what ever they do, someone playing a song using what ever kind of instrument, a song that he learned from a scrool, or archivement, maybe even crafted somehow.

What do you think about this idea of the tavern, is it already planned, have someone already said something oficially about how they gonna be?

In AoC You can own an inn, hire npcs to do tasks, allow players to use your bed. Use mobile / tablet apps while away to manage your business / land.

If they add every little cool thing they keep talking about, we won't see this game launch in 2018. 2020 yes.

They said we have to wait year, year and a half. But if this game needa time to be as awesome as they want. Ill wait

If you look at the first goal in the kickstarter, they stated that they will even add games to the taverns and inns so that players can play together or against eatch other.
Also one thing they added, Taverns will grant buffs. not sure what type of buffs but they want you to visit them.

Intrepid never said the game would launch in 2018. It was always due for 2019-2020
