Micro Events run by Guilds or Groups

A good idea is implement tools to make micro events that can be created and managed by groups (and maybe guilds), so the community have fun ways to interact directly avoiding get trolled:
"Open World PvP competition between groups"
1) Can be created by leaders on the moment or scheduled.
2) Items or money can be put as rewards on the system, so no one will get stolen.
3) Bets can be enabled.
Similar system can be applied to another events like private bounty hunts, craft competitions and a lot of things that you can come up!
