So far i didn't see any MMO will allow time travel, you can go back to past or modern era, that how to city develop.
also the natural disaster as, some of city will flood in under water in specific timing.

Natural disasters, on the other hand, I can see happening. Especially in Ashes. Some sort of randomized tornado or tsunami messing up a node may be interesting.
The only way dynamic time has meaning, is as an undo function.
Anything else is beyond our comprehension.
I guess you could have a finite multiverse, with each being a still snapshot of every possible configuration of particles.
Thus all of time (all possibilities) exists at once.....jumping between quantised snapshots (traversing the multiverse) is what we consider linear time.
But then that begs the need to define 'shared time'.
If time is a shared reality....then everyone must be telepathic (cognitively linked).
Knowingly or unknowingly.
So is the present merely the most likely collective probability to follow on from the last quantised snapshot ?
Would changing peoples perceptions of our imminent future, change its outcome ?
Anyway, I think extreme weather is confirmed.
As is world changing natural events.
Doesnt mean two objects cant exist in the same space at different moments in time.
Time allows objects to be everywhere at once.
