Questions about Freeholds

Will be be able to have a freehold and housing in a node?? Also is there a way to share a freehold e.g. if you were married? How easy/hard will it be to obtain a freehold and will there be a limit on how many can be placed in that nodes ZOI to prevent over crowding and ruining the landscape? Thanks :)

Will we be able to dismantle our Freehold and place in another location ? and if so, will we be able to do this any time we want?

I believe they said you can save the build of your freehold or home. Though I don't know about moving all the items.

I read that it's one Freehold per account but you can place it anywhere (so long as it doesn't obstruct roads and doesn't conflicts with terrain) unlike AA's stupid system of 'specific housing areas' which were always hugely overcrowded. Not to mention people who'd claim plots and then squat on them to ratchet up the price of land.

I have an additional question. I asked this in another thread, but it was hidden inside a wall of text. As I understand it the nodes that all three housing systems are tied to can change hands and be downgraded. Does this only affect instanced apartments and static houses inside cities, or also freeholds? Can your house disappear completely, be removed or taken over? Or will you just be subject to for example higher taxation and a more hostile local environment?
