I am wondering whether this game will rely more on the skill of the player or the Gear of the player? It must rely on both to some extent but what will the focus be?

    Actually both but a bit towards the player skills

    i think one of the twitches Steven or Jeff said that gear will play some part but skill will also make a difference.

    Gear can be horizontally progressive.
    So I hope its skill.

    You make gear dependant on point distribution.
    You make it tuned as opposed to OP.
