Hey All,

I'm relatively new to the MMO genre, and am rather burnt out of WoW and games that require a sort of constant "grind", while the only activities are repetitive quests and the ever higher ceiling of loot tiers. I'd like to see a game where getting to a certain point and settling down is a perfectly viable means of playing the game. I love the idea of nodes, and having individual contributions affect the game for many.

Ashes of Creation looks quite enticing, from the trade caravans to the aforementioned node system. I just wanted to say hi and give my 2 cents as to why I'm here, and I hope to join a budding community of gamers similar to myself, and can't wait for the first beta!
