Glorious Alpha Two Testers!

Alpha Two Realms are now unlocked for Phase II testing!

For our initial launch, testing will begin on Friday, December 20, 2024, at 10 AM Pacific and continue uninterrupted until Monday, January 6, 2025, at 10 AM Pacific. After January 6th, we’ll transition to a schedule of five-day-per-week access for the remainder of Phase II.

Australian players and high ping

What programs/ping reduces does Ashes of Creation have inbuilt into it if any because im in Australia and i have issues with ping because of the distance, will there be any sort of ping reduce program in the game if not are such programs allowed to be used? ie battle ping etc

i also think i might have posted this in the wrong spot >.<

    Rejoice gamer brother, they will have servers from NA/EU and oceanic! As for ping, they have not address that issue.

    I share your pain with high ping, but at least we will have a server in our region for once.

    But if they have servers for NA and Oceanic where does that leave all my American friends ? so i have to play on another server away from them? :S or is a bridge in a way? like in some cases what they have done with Warframe

    You can play on whatever server you want :)
    Just that you will obviously get a lower ping from a server that is closer i.e. Oceanic server
    There's nothing stopping you from joining an NA server to play with your American friends.

    I know that but what im asking is if myself does goto the NA servers is there a program there to help with lowering inbuilt into the game or is programs such as battleping etc allow or is it a banable program?

    @Jayeder assuming your talking about a 3rd party connection correct?

    Its to early to say atm because the game is still in development, But I don't think so I don't see why they would make it ban able because as far my knowledge goes! their just hot spots you connect to to allow better connection from the server!

    AoC having a system like a 3rd party connection like Battleping probably not!
