Dual Class Mechanics

So I was wondering, with the dual class system, if they differ from class to class.
For example:
If my first class is a warrior and I choose mage as secondary, will my mage skill choices be different if I had of chosen another class as the base class?
Being able to choose warrior and a mage dual, could allow me to get say mage armor and the ability to enchant my sword with elements.
Being rogue and choosing mage dual, could allow me invisibility and the ability to 'blink' places.
That would create AMAZING game depth and keep many hours of building new toons, rather than say, choosing mage as a dual and EVERY base class getting the same set of mage skills. Which would kinda be boring!
Cheers

examples!
Fighter gets a Rush Skill, with a mage as a second class this Rush will instead be a teleport rush or a burning rush or something along that lines
Fighter gets a Rush Skill, with Rogue as a second class this Rush will instead be a stealthed rush or a poison rush or something along that lines
A Rogue gets a Throw Dagger Skill, with a Mage as second class this Throw Dagger could be a Teleporting Dagger where the Rogue teleports to the location of the thrown dagger, or a Lightning Dagger where the thrown Dagger also strikes the target with a lightning bolt.
A Rogue gets a Throw Dagger Skill, with Rogue as second class this Throw Dagger could be a hidden Dagger where the Rogue turns stealthed after throwing the Dagger, or a Poison Throw Dagger where the thrown Dagger also applies poison
There seems we get multiple options per skill to augment. so Fighter/Mage could have 3 or 4 different options to customize the rush skill, and of course also all the other skills for all classes/combo
I'm pretty sure once you pick a class for example Warrior ( Which in this case is called Fighter) you will have like 3 choices to add flavor to that skill
So you pick Fighter/Mage and the first spell you want to edit will be "Charge"
"Charge" pretty self explanatory, but ill go in more depths a spell that lets you rush to a target in stead of running to your target normally!
Now your second class is Mage so to add flavor to the spell Charge you can either choose "Blink"
Which teleports you to your target instead of running to your target
or
Choose like 2 other options like you charge your enemy and Cause a sorta explosion Example from Wow is a spell called "Fire Nova" its a mage spell
<img src="https://i.gyazo.com/f664f4ad79979001c99ecb73c6784d8e.png" alt="" />
So you charge once you hit your opponent you do a fiery AOE damage to nearby targets
or do an ice one for example! from wow!
<img src="https://i.gyazo.com/1a631e0dad67af2cc8fab2f16a7f0fe6.png" alt="" />
You charge your enemy's and anyone in a certain range from your target you choose to charge on gets frozen in place for X secs!
Hope this give you a better example! and I hope this helps!
