What's up everyone. I don't know too much about this game, I just watched like an hour of footage and decided to pledge $50. It looks really promising, and I'm pretty excited for the release. For quite some time, I've been trying to find an MMO that I can really get into again. In the past I've really liked games like Dofus, RuneScape, MapleStory, FF14, and BDO. It's been probably 10 years since I really got absorbed by an MMO, so maybe I'm just trying to relive my childhood and be less depressed. Anyway, I look forward to playing the game and talking to members of the community.

    I think a lot of us feel like you do. I certainly do. I have not played a MMO in years because they did not feel the same as the first ones. Maybe none ever will, but maybe one will at least feel similar and fill the void the games of old left in our hearts. I hope it will be Ashes and I think it is possible.

    Thanks for the welcome. Yeah, hopefully this fills the void hahaha. Or maybe I'm just not a kid anymore and things have changed. It's hard to imagine getting into a game as much as I did so long ago with some MMOs.

    I am on mobile, so I'm not sure if it'd be the same on PC. On the "The Newly Arrived" page, where you can see all of the topics, just scroll down to the bottom of the page and there will be text boxes for you to enter the title and body. I hope I helped. Also, there's supposed to be forum maintenance today through tomorrow so you won't be able to post during that either.

    I'm on mobile so it might be different than on PC, but if you're on the page viewing all of the topics, you can scroll to the bottom of the page and there will be text boxes for your title and body of your topic. If you read the "IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: Forum Downtime" post that's stickied to the top of the forums, it'll explain how there has been some forum glitches, like posts disappearing and so on. Also, today and tomorrow they are switching to a new forum host, so you won't be able to post til they're back up either. You can still view everything though! I hope I helped.

    Hey Windsoul, if you're on the page displaying all of the topics, if you scroll to the bottom you will see text boxes for your title and body of your post. Also, the Mods have stickied a post titled: [Important Announcement] New Forum & Forum Downtime 5/30 – 5/31. It explains how there have been some faults in this forum and how they are going to be switching forum software, to hopefully improve the foibles. Your topics may not be showing up because of these glitches, but hopefully after the forum migration everything will work great. I hope I helped!

    Thats because there is a monster in these forums that randomly eats topics and posts. Intrepid is working hard to defeat it...

    You can try to avoid the bug by topics/posts with less text and try to avoid html keywords. There are bad words, like t.i.t.l.e (without points is bad)

    Thank you Nurph! I tried explaining the glitches to him but I used those exact words you say not to use, not knowing it'd be a problem. My posts kept disappearing lol.
