I did a quick search of this and could not find it. I apologize, I am new still and just finding my way.

Has there been mention of any sort of Taming Skill or Class?

Not the new day style skill, but like the olden day Ultima Online style taming...


Any mention of this?

     I haven't seen any mention of it specifically, but I would love if they incorporated taming into more than the mounts system. Say for example, if you are a summoner, maybe you would have to tame the creature you might be able to summon so you could understand it better? It may just be a magical summon though. I haven't seen any information on it yet. I love taming. Good to see I'm not alone. :)

    Good question. Unless the answer is hidden out there somewhere in one of the twitch streams, we will find out when we start getting more information on the many, many classes. I wonder if you could tame a dragon. . .

    A dragon in form of a world boss would to much I think.
    But the system itself would be cool. I would expand it to the point where your pets also have stats like strenght and such. And you can spend your points on the pets so you can decide on whether you spend the point on yourself or the pet. 
    It could give the summoner much more variability.
    Of course you can reset the points on your pet in case you want to swap it.

    No mention of it yet as I don't believe there's an official vid that I haven't seen, but they may well take your idea on board.

    How cool would it be to have a dragon that was tameable, by ten craftsmen/four summoners at once, that you needed to control in unity to get to open a secret treasure trove? ????

    Nice, thank you. If everyone can do it, maybe its more like todays version of taming. Appreciate the answer and search though. :)
