Will it be possible to gift subscription to others? 
I ask this becauce I someitmes want to gift my GF some gametime or other friends that might need it?

    I don't believe this will be possible unless you give them your means of payment & details.

    During the kickstarter campaign, I know some people created new kickstarter accounts to pledge for packages/subscriptions that they could, in turn, turn over that account to the person they were buying the "gift" for. 

    However, as for when the game is up and running, I fully expect that they will create some method for gifting game time.   Whether it is the ability to buy a game code that you can send someone, or the like, I don't know.  But many other games have allowed you to do this for some time. 

    However, as of this posting, I don't believe anything specific has been announced about this yet.
