Strange Forum URL redirect

So the real Forum URL (I guess) should be: https://www.ashesofcreation.com/forums/
That is a pretty URL and what you get to after you access this site from https://www.ashesofcreation.com

However, after you are in the forum all the links change to: https://ashesofcreation.vanillacommunities.com

Still not that bad, but when you actually click anything you are redirected to a third URL:
https://intrepidstudio.staging.wpengine.com

This is due to the forum software they are currently using, it may be changed back to the "nicer" url at some point

@Shunex This thread was "hidden" for some days... it actually got a lot better meanwhile. However there is now a new problem with the SSL Connection. If you open up the forum with https protocol you get this:

This is ofc kind of a problem and everyone who clicks certain links (for example in email notifications) will see this.

I was kicked off the forums and got that message. It seems to be fixed now.  The only thing is when I got back I was auto logged on then when I tried to go to the forums  it said aid I was new and had to register.
So after several retries I logged out,  logged back on and
I fixed this by going to my profile and changing my password. Then Iogged out and signed back in. Problem solved for now.

I had the same problem a few minutes ago. My browser is still saying that https://forums.ashesofcreation.com/... is "Not secure". But hey, what is secure, right? :o

@CylverRayne @lexmax no SSL really is not secure. The forum currently only works without it. If you happen to get that message just edit the url and delete the https:// part. You may have to login again after that, but then you should be fine. Problem with login is, that https/http use different sessions. So when you change it either way your session is gone and therefore your login-status.

dev's know about it and work on it though:

Nothing is less secure than my grip on sanity!

But I have the same issue. I just won't be giving anyone in here my SS# or credit card. Which is a shame because that was going to be my signature...

I don't suffer from insanity.  I enjoy every minute of it.

Still not fixed, and here is a full message with details:

Yep, still have it also but I hope it's something Intrepid will sort. The mods are aware of it at least.

Still getting this message too. My workplace is currently blocking the site now because of the certificate violation :(

Intrepid is aware of the issue and is currently working on it

Great stuff. Just in case they are not aware, the problem is even worse on my phone. I can't even bypass the security warning.

I can access the forum via android device and internet explore browser. Can't access it through chrome for same reason as mentioned above.
