Professions List

Is there a list of proposed professions (confirmed and ones possibly later on)?

If so, could someone list those?

I'm pretty sure Steven said something along the lines of:
Anything you can think of crafting, players should be able to craft to some extent.

I'm sure that doesn't say much, but you can assume a wide variety of things.
    He's mentioned specifically:
    Mining
    Smelting/Refining
    Smithing - Weapons or Armor
Animal Husbandry (not sure if this is an Crafting or Processing)
    Animal Taming
    Cooking
    Farming

I think at some point he also included hints at:
    Woodworking
    Leatherworking
    Skinning
    Tailoring

He also alluded to my favorite possibilities of anything to do with the "Added Ships and Exploration" goal such as:
    Fishing
    Sailing
    Ship-making
And a few others around sea-based trade.

I would love a BUNCH of specialty crafting professions such as:
Bladesmithing (Maybe even super-specialized from there in to specific blades
    Armorsmithing
    Metalsmithing
    Gem-cutting
    Jeweler (Combines Gems and metals)
    Stone Mason/Carver
    Enchanting (magic-casting lasses only)

I'm sure there's many others to add to that, but can't think of it at the moment.
I'm mostly just hoping that ship-making is a thing.

I imagine that with the testing phases there will be many possibilities added and removed, either for complexity or interaction.
