Suggestion: 40man raiding
Just wanted to spread this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SvDDEdNbfms
It is a great summary of how raiding got wrong in world of warcraft and why it was good in the first place. Ignore all the Wow stuff and listen to the basic.
40 man raiding allows for HUGE epic raids without the feeling of the emptyness of 25 or ashes gods forbid 10 players. the size of a good raid is in direct corralation with how many players there are in the group. And speaking of experence from having raided an epic 40man raid who got changed to 25 and 10 man when there was a remake of said raid. The feeling of the raids size is reduced when you drop player numbers. The feeling of a great hall is lost when you roam around with 10 or 25 players. And lets face it i would rather fight big bosses with 40 players then fight of endless hordes of trash for hours with 10 players just becouse the raid feels empty without them.
Then we have the experence of 40 epic nerds downing bosses togather.
But the main thing of importance there would be the fact that players dont matter as much. And thats no bad thing. It just meens you can bring that bad geared or fun friend in the group and thus having an easyer time keeping the spirit up after hours of slamming your face at a hard boss.
Also the fact dying in a raid is not as punishing. it is rather a fun aspect of the raiding. Watching your friends drop by your side and still having the feeling we can still do this lets step up our game. Instead of how it is nowdays in such raids. BOOM one down wipe it up its no use lets try it again. It just does not feel as good.
There are alot more to say but i will leave it there for the time beeing. I have not yet heard a 100% confirmation of 40man raiding yet so wanted to get this out there before anything is set in stone.
And also thanks for giving me this hype feeling. I havent fealt this feeling since 2004. I will enjoy all the epic kickstarter rewards aswell keep up the good work.

The only reason i would go to raids is for some gear and in later years only for transmog items. If i could get that stuff elsewhere, i would.
I could live fine without raids at all.
