  • Sounds very rogue like :naughty: Maybe a Rogue/Mage (Trickster) archetype might be the way to go?
  • Well as long as there is a counter method like a tracker spell or something, then I'm fine with it. Otherwise its kinda invalidate the whole flagging system in the first place, at least if this is an easy thing to do ;)
  • Sounds like you don't want done to you what you do to them.  Take your lumps.

I'm not saying I'm a coward, I just feel like it will be just like Skyrim TESV game (not online) where u cant interact with the NPCs in the town and you will have to live forever without having a chance to use or step into town without. (I assume there is going to be disadvantages of going to town as a corrupter)

Disguises for appearance should be a thing.
I highly doubt there will be any way to disguise the PvP flags.
  • As I understand it corruption will fade, but if it's that much of an issue for you... possibly trying not to kill people might help?
Every action in this game is designed to have a consequence for the game as a whole.
Although if you really love pvp and killing, then everyone so far has suggested running alts, one to kill with, another uncorrupted.

Well corruption is cleared if you die, so thats one option (not a good one, but it is there). They say they will make a system to work it off, but apparently the fastest way is dying.

So if you could just make it all go away with a disguise it dosnt make that much sense ;)

First, a "corrupter" is one who corrupts. When you gain corruption, you will actually be a corruptED player. Second? Yes, there will be disadvantages. There are methods to remove corruption, so it's not necessary you remain in a corrupted state, unless you choose to.

What you're asking seems to defy the purpose the devs created corruption, so I'm uncertain you'll find what you're looking for, in that respect.
  • Like Robert Downy Jr in Tropic Thunder as the "lead farmer"?
  • I wouldn't want to add a way to game the system in place to keep PKing to a manageable minimum

maybe an item that has a time limit, so that I can walk freely in a metropolis without being stalked and killed immediately after stepping outside the safe zone? (I assume there will be disadvantages to be a corrupted when going to a populated area)
