My question is how long should it take to build a level 5 Metropolis?
If we say an active player is someone who plays the game and contributes to their node for ten hours a week on average.
How many active players should you need to able to build the Metropolis in six months?
10, 25, 50, 100 or 500 active players?
It should be not easy or impossible... personally 100 players seems about right to me.
