There's no off-topic forum, which is a shame in of itself, however Adam West has just passed away. I never had the chance to meet the man at a convention. Rest in peace Batman.

    That is a great shame to hear. I was lucky to meet him a few times in real life, and the man was just so easy to talk too. May he rest in peace

    Oh man, this is the first I'm hearing of this.  :(  I'm very sad.

    I didn't get cable television until I was in middle school, but once I did I enjoyed turning on the Family Channel after school and watching the 60's Batman tv series.  
    Adam gave credit to a cheesy production with the weight of his voice alone and a perfect balance of earnestness and parody.  

    I'll miss that caped crusader.
