Yes, I was thinking something to the effect of "I am the Javelin".  I'm the pointy end of the spear.

1. Fighter+Bard= Skald, Blade Singer
2. Fighter+Cleric= Zealot 
3. Fighter+Fighter= Berserker
4. Fighter+Mage= Spell Sword, Mage Blade, Rune Sword
5. Fighter+Ranger= Green Knight
6.Fighter+Rogue= Ghost Blade, Shadow Sword, Duelist
7.Fighter+Summoner= Gilgamesh (from FSN, yeah i know)
8. Fighter+Tank= Champion

I just combine the first 2 syllables of each. eg:
Fi-Fi
Fi-Ta
Fi-Rog
Fi-Ran
Fi-Ma
Fi-Ckle
Fi-Sum
Fi-Bar

Make it "sneaky sneaky taunt!" and it's all good. Otherwise it looks more like a rogue/fighter.

Javelin is a type of weapon, javelinier, would be someone that uses said weapon

P.S. javelin is also a type of pig if I am not mistaken

Fighter rangers could also be skirmishers or peltasts. Since these were usually the ones who threw Javalins in battles. 

And a fighter Cleric who heals as he/she damages opponents could be called a Bloodguard/Redguard as well. Bloodseeker.

@PlagueMonk I believe that you have the primary and secondary backwards in that tank/cleric is a Paladin not cleric/tank, same with predator and spellsword aside from that I think the point is more to just have some fun while throwing some names at classes

Agreed, I'm pretty sure when tank comes around we will all want tank/cleric to be a paladin.

I also think a name shouldn't be used a 3rd time. Example, Fighter/Fighter should not be called a fighter. They should have another designation stating the combination of the two

I can't wait for the rogue ones!

Or the same idea about a life leeching fighting but something less evil sounding could be a Soulblade. 

Or a more divine monk like characters for fighter/clerics could also be Sacred Fists.
