    I'd like to say that I would step through that portal, and have my first actions in the world be some dramatic gesture! Leaping into battle with my bare fists! Tackling a rogue bear from devouring a loving couple having a picnic under a tree, or catching a baby that has fallen out of a window of a burning building! Actions of a true hero, as if to say, "Here I am world! Throw all 'ye got at me, I am ready for adventure!"

    I'd like to say I would do something like that.

    But sadly, I'm afraid the first thing I'm likely to do is stumble around erratically and click on all the wrong things while trying to figure out the controls.

    Launch day will probably have a queue to log in.  So I'll enter my credentials, check the queue number and then step away to do something else while I wait.  Then, upon returning at what I think will be the appropriate time, I'll sadly discover that I had gotten in sooner than I'd expected and then subsequently been automatically logged out for being AFK too long.

    Then I'll hop back in the queue and sit my ass down at the desk and wait this time.  :P

    It's the same spelling as on the AoC forums, wasn't too hard for me to find his channel. Also his voice sounds pleasant :)

    I will be so mundane...I will look at myself to see if I think I look right, then probably search for my dye palette, and change my gear colors.

    I'm on purpose doing nothing to advertise anything. I genuinely want to be a part of this community and a) not use my popularity to my advantage and b) not push my content onto people.

    Harvest and hunt until the nearest node pops to Stage 1.
    Rinse and repeat until I find the closest Divine node.

    As a guild leader, the first thing I will be doing is finding the best spot to make home. Then it will be rounding up all my guildmates who will potentially be at different spawns due to picking different races, and gathering them together to get started on building the node.

    I probably enjoy the opening cinematics, rush in and start looking for the first quest giver. All the while gushing over discord about how awesome the game is.

    I will open my map look for a zone I can level in that I will enjoy how the zone looks all it home and start my adventure from there
