Hello everyone ! I'm Kyama, 21 year old guy that plays MMORPG's since I remember ... I did only play on my own , or only finding a party to grind / do raids but since ,now , 3 years I made few Guilds/alliances (some of them were before I'll explain) and I've seen that I'm not so bad at it and enjoy to manage a guild or a plot of lands etc. So if anyone want to join my guild Bloody Scarlet you need to : 

First a look in my experiences with guild management : (optional)

• Souls : LoA one of the smallest but strongest guild with a 3rd place without pay2win

• GuardiansOfElysea : Tera one of the most active on discord and in game guild
• Nostale : one of a little and talkative family didn't like the game so I let someone else get over my Family (guild) (second game)
• Metin2 : with my friends of school and my cousins + their friends really active guild

Now where I was the guild member :(optional)

• TESO : as a mage and the most active/helping even if I was lvl 43 only
• Nostale : in a big family with my 2 cousins we were powerful (my first play in this game)
• TERA : as a sentry in another guild to spy a little 
• Metin2 : as a member of a tiny guild and got dissolved to merge in another bigger one

Appliance: (This Guild accept people from every country) (important)

1) Apply for it 
2) Speak English (So everyone can talk in here)
3) have a way of vocal chat (skype,discord are preferable) 
4) don't be a rush guy/girl ( if you're a fresh member of my clan you'll have your title or more ease to have more options in my guild when I say you can or if you contribute or do something that will help for the progress of the guild ex: if you persuade/recruit people you'll have more chance to have a title of recruiter etc.) 
5) be nice I'm not a KS person or I don't like guilds/parties that only play a game to get stronger and kill weak players... so be aware or you're out 
6) I don't like fantom members and people that enter a guild and do not come back after 2-3 weeks without any reports ! Say only something like " Holidays 2 weeks" and I'll be aware and do not make you out of my guild ! 

BONUS:
If you have a good sense of Roleplaying you're welcome + Participation 
I don't need a talkative person or funny people if you're who you're it's fine for me ! (but if you play with my patience / "Troll" your guild or act like a mentally challenged Kiddo you're out without another chance) Just be active and try to play your role / follow the hierarchi 

TYPE OF GUILD : (Important)
Bloody Scarlet (BS) will be a bounty hunter / Improvement type of guild (Defence,Improvement and justice is our motto) because those caracteristics will be our main goal. SERIOUS GUILD WITH A LOT OF MY PARTICIPATION AND MY FIRST MEMBERS ON DISCORD.

TITLES AND ORGANISATION:(optional)
This is a important part, in our guild Organisation .
There will be :
One Chief (me)
One co-founder nearly impossible to get it only loyal and good people can have this title and before that they will pass few tests (those will be told only when the game will be out)
One right hand ,someone that has the hand on Aasmirs and gives advices
Six Aasmirs , six strongest people that privilege the Chief protection and will be sent for special missions or as escorts.
Escort contains between 5 to 20 people that will get a mission to escort caravans of ressources or economical purposes (5 people= not important mission, 12 people average, 20 hard or really important exchange/economical purpose! Sometimes I'll add max 2 Aasmirs if it's something urgent or Lethal mission)
General will have the power to command the guild in a battle if I give the permission
Clerk (will be available if there is any cultural or religious influence)
Council politcal people will help to manage the city (if there is anything we will be able to do with laws or guards managment)
Patrol "guards" that will walk for the whole city by groups of 3 to make sure we have everything and no criminal activity is being done + they will be sent sometimes as sentries or patrol other cities to bring info for a upcoming war
Smiths trying to master their domain to give us the best amor / weapons + do the most valuable objects for exchange and economical imrpovement
Builders+Gatherer they will build the most organised and beautiful city and try to use smallest amount of ressources and will try to gather raw ressources of any kind
Citizens all members are citizens of my guild have the right of my protection and permanent stay in my city
Royality are actually people with money and renown have only the right of vote if there is any need (Guild alliances , quests from other guilds , replacing or giving a title to someone etc.)

Bloody Scarlet will be really organised everyone will improve in titles but not everyone will be the co-chief or something + I'm strict when I need to I can laugh I have my patience but there is a limit , I play a role of chief of a guild and try to Play it like I should I'm not your bro' and give you the title of the chief just because you made me laugh for 2 seconds or just because you ask for it... I will more improve my Political/economic skills if the guild will grow up someone will need to master these.

Just wanted to say hello to what looks like it's going to be a wonderful guild!

 I'm personally planning on sticking to the NA servers, but might be able to float in now and then and when I do, I hope that I get a chance to meet some of you.
