    !raffle was used in the early streams for alpha key giveaways. Now they change the word each raffle. People still type !raffle in chat to troll people.

    It's basically a keyword for when the stream hosts want to do a giveaway, it enters your name into a box as it were from which you could get drawn.  

    Not that it happened this stream, people like to enter though
