Ashes of creation we are the new story built upon the old: the lore is what was, and what is in the world. The story is in what and how we interact with the the world and eachother, as the world interacts with us.
We are the Ashen,
We lived through the burning and death.
A world of creation turned to ashes under a burning sky.
Scarred and battered,
Skin caked with ash,
Still we rise!
Life, death, perseverance.
Burnt sky above
Scorched earth below
Here we stand blackened
in a world left in ashes
We are the Ashen
In a world of desolation
Hope we have,
For we know like a phoenix
Life will rise
from the ashes
Life will rise
Form the desolation and ashes
We are the Ashlings
Born of the ashes,
We rise
No matter what kind
of destruction or death
We will be here
For,.. life will rise
And return
Life death rebirth
Life will rise
What is become of the old? What will come of the new? These are the quests that the world bears.

Yeah the bears thing bugs me too not sure what to put there instead, it hard not to think of it as a bear(the animal) and more as bearing something on your shoulders

Going beyond that which we thought we had to find new and wonderful sights. Do you hold fear in your hearts at the unknown ahead? FEAR NOT for together as one people as one we can become great. Yes we will bicker and yes we will fight amongst ourselves but that is not what will define us.
To be better than we were to find new lands for our people that is what we are here for! Now you may seek on your own and shun those of us who stand as one but know this. We all have a place and a part and even if you hate or disown me... I will stand with you in this brave new world.
