Something that I really want to...

Hey everyone ! Don't you feel like every MMORPG is the same ? with a new feature or not ?
Because I do ... Every MMORPG changes only with graphics and combat style (target or non-target) Since I play a lot of MMORPG or simple RPG I only see good things in Solo player RPG that are good.

Like : 1) When there is a Management City -> there is actualy a limit on how many people can use it !!! fucking hell why everyone can use a node or be a ruler of a land in any type of games that try to use something like that ...
2) economy -> there is no game but Mount&blade with an actual economy .. (even though you can't do any economy) you see actual caravans that can be attacked or blackmailed or even harassed for few coins and every MMORPG that tries to use this type of thing only does something like "I will send one lvl 1 donkey with 5 bags and no one can attack it yey or even you don't need any guards and I do it without having any political alliance with this region yey..." wow what an economy...
3) Politics -> that actually exists if anyone remember ?! maybe is a boring thing but for me it would push up the RP style of the game and other points ! I would love to be like a council guy or a ruler that actually have to sign a pact with another guild like in any TOTAL WAR or even dollar game on steam greenlight god fucking damn it .....

Then we have combats (Dear lord..) every mmorpg has the same thing a monster doesn't change his combat style or actually use combos in any game just to make players actually struggle with a boss or any monster at all .. it's really boring to see 50 different monsters have anoher skill or type of hits but doesn't actually have a trait or strategy to use them so from lvl 1-60 you can actually kill monsters while they will only rush and do their attacks like a 3 year old with hot-blood and sadomasochistic ... I want to feel that I need to struggle when I know the basics of the game at least dark souls knows how to do it a little bit ...

Monsters and maps: God please make AoC on the right way ...
So about that recycling (monsters and maps) is so much fun right right ????? NO !!! why every mmorpg has 4 types of land perks that never changes ? Desert, stepp/forest, cold/winter, autumn/or inside a volcano type of maps..
this is boring even with those scripted events just so 50 people can pay the servers running ... actually random events are great (never seen these though..) I only see "WOW watch out a 99 lvl sheep came out of the abyss SHKERIIIII !!! " (2 hits later) you won what a battle !!! 50 objects for the last hit and others only exp or "fuck you! some junks that you will have no use or money from it have fun !" .... pathetic ... 

World : There we go ...
Nothing so much realistic like a NPC that has no traits , has 1 spot and even with his shiny armor he can't actually move to help you and such... so much youhou ? I guess ... Please I want NPCs' that has traits actually help you or are scared when a monster is near (guards help trait courage etc. >< peasent scared / go behind you or try to lock himself in his house with their kids or even fight to protect the lands or themselves) we have only NPCs' that has no impact on the world they give no life for it they don't even try or do nothing but stay and gives you your quest just so the game has a story and a back story .... 
Will be better if every NPC can die, have a random problem (a bridge broke from the last battle that happened against two mages or something like that, the npc runs into the nearby city or village or even tries to ask anyone that is on his way to repair it or escort him through a dangerous forest etc.) we only have something like 127 npc in a big city none of them move none of them die , none of them have any impact on anything but your gold/exp/items .. and the story is about goblins harassing the city but when a goblin is nearby the goblin does shit on anyone inside the city and guards doesn't even get like aware of him (what a threat WUUHUUU..) even in TETRIS there is more adrenaline and interesting stories than in these games ... 

AND MANY other things that I hate about incomplete features and quickly done games like that I actualy will prefere than AoC come out in 2050 than have another type of this games but in their interview they are actualy giving me hope, I've seen terrains,landscape,your participation in building the node and camp/city etc. NPC that give you a feel that the world live for itself (random events on your town, alliances, the need of political and economical pacts/dangers or anything) and most importantly the way that the world will evolve in any server because of our or the world actions!

I'm really happy that some people try to make a game just like many players wanted to for so long .. I'm happy to see this game give to us so much thing that needed to be done so many years ago .. (If it's so detailed like they say).

    I think you've pretty much summed up how all the KS and June backers felt about the genre and Ashes in particular.

    I agree. MMO's has become rather bland and boring, in most cases. But yet, somehow I always end up returning to WoW. I hope that changes with AoC.
