Alpha Two Phase III testing has begun! During this phase, our realms will be open every day, and we'll only have downtime for updates and maintenance. We'll keep everyone up-to-date about downtimes in Discord.

In the last days with last changes and updates our user menu profile in oficial Ashes of Creation page is missing.
I know some of this:

I think that Intrepid Team developers are working hard in all issues and problems, this is only one note and information.

    They are still working on the site and they are  working on adding the account page etc, on the homepage of the site.
