Character name reservation?

For those of us who have purchased a Pioneer and/or above pack, included is a "Character name reservation - 1 name reservation".

Just for clarification.. How do we go about utilizing the character name reservation from the pack? Or are we unable to do anything until the December 2018 delivery date?

    There will be an email sent out...those with higher pledges will be able to reserve before those with lower according to one of the Q&A videos. Don't expect to see it for at least a year.
