Where are all the Anime and Manga lovers at?

Hello fellow AoC members. As much as i love gaming, i am even more devoted to Anime and Manga and wanted to find out more community members who also share those interests.
So what are your top 10 anime's or manga and why?
What do you recommend to others and what are you eagerly awaiting for?
Also, who here thinks Intrepid should do a Anime and Manga of AoC? (i personally think it would be awesome).

    Hello all!

I don't have a list of my top ten, but may post what I come up with later at some point...

That said, one of my favorite anime of all time, particularly in the rpg scope would be Hai to Gensou no Grimgar aka Grimgar of Fantasy and Ash.

N.B. the image below is not from that series...

After Story > all in regards to Anime. There is no other truth.

Nice thread!  I, too, am an avid fan of anime, and manga.  If I were to list all my favorites, this would be a LONG list, lol.  So, I'll try to size it down, to 10, just off the top of my head.  In no particular order...

    1. Mob Psycho 100
    2. One Punch Man
    3. Berserk (manga)
    4. Fairy Tale
    5. One Piece
    6. Naruto (and, though I like story, those fillers really began to kill me inside, a little)
    7. World Trigger
    8. Hunter x Hunter
    9. Log Horizon
    10. Overlord

A lot more, but that will do.  :p

OMH, where to start.....I was in Japan long ago for a couple years and knew nothing about "Anime" but that quickly changed! I'm not otaku but there are many many shows I have loved over the years.......

    1) Pretty much anything by Hayao Miyazaki and Studio Ghibli. this includes:
    • Kaze no Tani no Nausicaa (The best of the best)
    • Tonari no Totoro
    • Castle in the Sky
    • Kiki's Delivery Service
    • Mononoke Hime
    • Howl's Moving Castle
    • Spirited Away
    • And many many others.
If you don't even know some of those titles then you have missed out.

    2) Hokuto no Ken (お前はもう死んでいる!)
    3) Bubblegum Crisis/Crash
    4) Guyver
    5) Vampire Hunter D
    6) Vampire Princess Miyu
    7) Patlabor
    8) Dominion tank Police
    9) Record of Lodoss War (best anime D&D analog)
    10) Akria (how could I leave it out?)

......and I could keep going. Again, if you have no clue what most of these shows are then you need to go find them.

Now just to you know I actually watch current stuff......

    1) Naruto (yes the fillers were....difficult. Esp the time on the ******* ship!)
    2) Hunter X Hunter
    3) Attack on Titan (the most enigmatic show I'm watching atm)
    4) One Piece
    5) Sword Art Online
    6) One Punch Man
    7) The latest Dragon Ball shows

I kind of went over 10 by a couple :*

Manga reader here. I'm a little shocked at the generally younger viewing/reading choices in the forum so far...

In no particular order, manga that I've read/currently reading and that I really, really enjoyed.

    -Tales of Demons and Gods
    -The Gamer
    -The Legendary Moonlight Sculptor
-Noblesse (Holy hell Frankenstein is a boss!)
    -ReLIFE
    -Nana to Kaoru
    -Dice
    -Girls of the Wild's

There are a ton more than this, but many of them are quite adult. I'm starting to realize how many Manga chapters I've read...
