My Kickstarter Backer Key

As the title says, this key that I got to my email wont work. I've tried it a million different ways and still wont let me submit my key. You sent me a link and a key. But these wont work.

    Other than offer the obvious "send an email to CSIntrepidstudios.com, I'll try and help you because mine worked. Without giving any real details ofc, could you try and explain to me the steps you've taken with your email containing the key?

    When inputting my key, copy and paste wouldn't work. I had to put the key in manually with the dashes before it would accept it.

    if you've tried copying it over and it doesn't work please delete the last digit and retype it, i've had people say that works
