Cannot edit/add name in the NDA that was sent out

I cannot edit the name field. Its listing my Kickstarter name and I cannot edit it. Please advise.

    Look for another nda in the morning, there seems to be an issue with some of the recipients being unable to change the name fields. We're on it ❤️
