The store mentions these are for those that were not able to join kickstarter, so does that mean we still get the kickstarter items or are we shit out of luck?

    All pledges bought now only have content of packages and win summer backers goals.

    They are already pretty valuable nonetheless ( damn you bravers, one day I'll be one too!). 
    But since Kickstarters pledged earlier when everything was even more uncertain they got their own advantages.

    Your answer is SOoL. However the Summer backer program packages are identical to the KS backer packages, with name tweaks and an extra 50 bucks thrown on to remove the "KS exclusivity" for the Bravers of Worlds and above tier. So if you really wanted the Obsidian Stallion from the Pioneer pack, don't be disheartened, you get the Radiant Stallion instead. Same skin with probably a subtle color tweak.

    Semantics  - "skin" vs "mount" has nothing to do with what I wrote.
    The difference between radiant and obsidian probably won't be subtle.
    As the difference between the head of a lion and the head of a hawk isn't subtle.

    I was thinking it would just be a color change, what leads you to believe it will be more than that?

    Almost a year later, but...
     RP is why I play MMORPGs.
    Since I am typically a stealth character, I would much prefer to have the Obsidian Stallion rather than the Radiant Stallion.
    Which is perfect since I'm a KS Backer.
