Can we please get more info on the Leader of Men skins?

I really want more info on this before upgrade my package to dubble its cost.

Like the angelic skin, will the wings always be shown?



Do you flow through the air while u walk?
If the wings are not shown ingame or its a animated proc that happens at random times or when u jump?

Like how will this work, because if its only a skin that has those glowing eyes or a white glowing aura its cinda dull.


Someone told me that the skin is a toggle on and off? So you wont be able to create a character as a angelic person and have thier own special angelic features? Example difrent wings or angle of them? If its the case that it is a toggle on and off item. Its also boring cause everyone with those skins will look exactly the same.

Also, in instanced pvp will those costumes/angelic/demonic skins be shown?

Its a skin, everyone looks the same.
You can still apply other costumes to your angelic skin, example your a angelic santa.

Then the main question is, will the wings be a shown thing at all times?

It's a "skin" with abilities.
Probably a character wearing the skin will hover - like the mounts with wings will hover.

The skins override character create customization - you cannot alter the appearance of the skins.

I expect the wings will be shown at all times. Whether they will be unfurled at all times... no clue.

So it overrides your class abilitys? Or how should i see the abilitys.

skins are not classes, and Ashes has been very clear that skins will not offer any pay 2 win features. This skin will not give you any additional or different abilities I'd think. Other than a cool look and possibly hovering out of combat i'd think.

Yep, purely cosmetic, and the hovering animation (if even implemented) will not gain you any benefit other than cosmetic. For example, you will still set off traps on the ground, you will still fall to your death without a levitation class ability or some such. Just because you look like you are levitating, doesn't mean you are.

@everyone We did release the Angelic racial skin found in our Leader of Men package. The demonic skin will be released next week. The racial skin changes your visual race to a herald of light or darkness. The demonic and angelic beings you become, will have their own cosmetics and armor appearances. It is not a costume, since it's clothing and armor will be different among players.


So I assume it will come with a full skin and separate pieces so have a completely different armor and then attach the wings, Also I believe they said the gear will be dye able so if you want red wings instead of white you can dye it

Cosmetic abilities, like hovering. Possibly radiant cosmetic effects for the angelic skin.

Not talking about different abilitys but a FX on your current spells, like the backer goal.
