When will name reserve be put into place?

I got one of the middle packages that included a name reserve, at which point will I be able to reserve it? (wondering so that I can reserve before people who get it later for a reserve that isn't a part of the initial reserves. (Didn't see this question asked and I didn't find an answer anywhere but I'm bad at looking sooooo)

    It has been asked before but sadly without a forum search function you're probably best aging again as you did.
    Right now nobody knows, rumors are that it'll be given out in order of pledge package value, and before the official alphas start, but right now that's all we have.
