Add-on Bug

I'm sure you already know that a few of the Add-ons are bugged. I bought the "Shadow Dragon Pet" add-on and the money was taken from my paypal but it still gives me the option to buy it again, and doesn't show up on my "orders" tab. If it isn't a glitch then is it possible for me to buy like 10 shadow dragon pets and have a little posse of shadow dragons following me everywhere I go?

    if the purchase doesn't show up in your orders tab please contact customer support at cs@intrepidstudios.com and they will be able to take a look for you :)
