I've sent an email to cs@intrepidstudios.com over a week ago asking for a refund, how will it take for my refund to be processed? thank you

    there isn't a "estimated wait time" currently, you could always try bumping the ticket asking if there is any progress.

    So, it has been over 2 weeks that i've sent my request for a refund... Im getting a little worried here!
