Hello ladies and gentlemen.
Brand new backer here. I have been an MMO gamer for years, mainly stuck in the WoW/FFXIV worlds. I am ready for a game that takes a fresh approach to the MMO genre as it is incredibly stale at the moment.
One question which I cannot seem to find the answer to (and maybe there isn't one as of yet) is whether there has been any talk of max-level end-game content as of yet? I have been raiding in WoW since Vanilla, so I am curious to see what kind of progression system AoC will have, especially if they do not follow the typical gearing/raiding progression that most games follow.
I look forward to talking with you all on the boards!

Hi there!
The game is always changing because the world is responsive to player actions through out the world so there is no "endgame" as such ^^ In addition there will be a level cap but the term "max level" isn't going to apply in the same way here at Ashes ^^
I would say there is no actual endgame content since it's more like a sandbox game with organic world that changes with player actions and that creates new events,
Welcome to the game!
Let me be the 1st to extend a warm welcome to the Community. I also want to thank you for supporting our project
PS, I merged the 2 topics as there was a duplicate
Ashes of Creation is not like WoW with regard to "end game". In fact, the Intrepid developers have said, and I quote... "Endgame is a bad word".
In Ashes of Creation, since the world and its events occur dynamically as a result of player actions, we are the content. The devs provide us with the framework, we make the game what it will be. City sieges, caravan escort fights, open world exploration, trading, politics... It's all up to us.
Welcome to the Community though.
