In Game Nodeional or internodeional Events??

Questions:
-How would the event system be implemented?

-Would a game moderator like steven make the event or any player with the right ammount of authority could do it?

-Are there going to be events that covers every node or one event per node?

-Are the event going to be cliche like people need to find this, people needs to answer this or, people need to kill a certain creature that only spawn in the event. or maybe an event that requires some people or all the player in the node to work together.

-Can an ordinary group or guild host a Event.

    Calendar based themed events always seem fleshed out and fun. As long as they dont saturate the calendar with a new event every day or week....I'll be happy.

    Plus many events in real life have seasonal triggers if the right secondary conditions are in place. So It will be good to have 'potential' events with lots of foreboding that may or may not occur. Keep you on your toes and watching over your shoulder ;)

    eg. There is a nesting season of flies that can cause minor issues if you dont keep them under control. Ignore them though and they act as food for a following nesting season of a swarm of beasts that will wipe you all out...if its hot enough.
