Well, I guess this is the place to introduce ourselves before becoming active on the forums?
So: HELLO THERE!
I guess a few notes about myself are that I'm an art historian & archaeologist, and my gaming experience encompasses types such as The Witcher, Dragon Age, ...
Looking forward to the launch!
And I hope to see a lot of ya'll around.

Hello and a very warm welcome
Yep - and I'm interested to know what 'era' of archaeology/history you are most interested in. (For instance, there are a lot of Roman and Anglo-Saxon remains around my region which are intriguing...)
[And no - I wasn't born then, everyone...well not quite!]
Great that you're with us! Welcome!
@Mazikar My main focus is archaeology, one of my favorite finds so far, although not that old, was an arm of a 17th century porcelain doll + a tiny teacup. While it was not of great age, it intrigued me that a kid had been playing in the basements we were digging in. In february I was also on an urnfield for 2 weeks, dating back to 1000 BC, which was quite nice as a lot of the urns were still unbroken.
@Glosterian I specialised in Late Bronze Age Cypriot archaeology, but at the moment I'm working on sites in Belgium, until I get the opportunity to do otherwise. Where do you live? UK?
