[NA] The Verran Guild Alliance (PvE/PvP)

If larger guilds dominate servers, it will be harder for smaller guilds to be competitive. Thus, I propose we create a network of guilds in NA who pledge to work together if we can all get on the same server.
I will also provide lore for the Alliance as well as my personal characters, and anyone else in the Alliance who would like hell with their guild's lore can ask for my assistance as well. Since lore from the devs is limited right now, I will make assumptions for the backstory of the Alliance and my characters, and then update them when necessary as new lore is revealed.
I will also create a fanfiction on the creation forum detailing the lives of my characters on the other side. The first chapter will be them preparing to step through the Gateway, and then it will flash back too them as children and to their story from there. If you want your characters involved in this backstory, I will write them in as well.
My primary characters are two brothers. Dharbin Crest is a brave and noble Knight, Lord Commander of the Paladin Order of the Krystarian Empire. His younger brother is Dhalsuphur Crest, a magical assassin who spent some years with the Court of Nightmancers.
Dharbin is honorable and righteous and believes fiercely in the Empire's scriptures that state Mother Krystaria was the goddess that created the Gateways and helped them flee the Calamity. Now that the Gateways have reopened, the Empire believes it is a sign from the Mother that it is safe to return to Verra.
Dhalsulphur, on the other hand, thinks his brother a fool for pledging his life and his sword to a goddess he's never seen, and in fact questions whether any of the deities really exist at all. His morality is very flexible, but he is always loyal to his brother. That's why he follows him to Verra. "I respect blood, dear brother, not your preposterous notions of invisible, imaginary people living in the bloody sky! I follow you out of kinship, not some misplaced dedication to fictional characters of myth and legend."
"I consider your words blasphemy, brother, but you are blood and our house must always stay united despite our strong differences." would likely be Dharbin's response.
I propose we create a guild titled "The Verran Guild Alliance" but it will be small, only 10-15 members. This can act as the entity that unites the others and works with Guild Masters to plan large-scale PvE and PvP events. I will create a Discord for the alliance and each Guild Master will have a matching title on there.
The lore behind the Alliance will be fleshed out more in the fanfiction, but will feature Dharbin being sent through by the Empire to create an alliance for repopulating Verra. If you want your guild included in the backstory, we can say they joined the Alliance on the other side and we came through the Gateway together.

These two tiers fall under Wardens of the Alliance. My role will be Warden Archmagister. Under that are a few Warden Magjsters and Submagisters. Warden Commanders are the Guild Leaders that represent their people in the Alliance. Warden Captains and Warden Lieutenants are exceptional individuals within each Guild that have been closed by their Guild Leaders to sit on the Warden High Council. More to come...
