Phase I of Alpha Two testing will occur on weekends. Each weekend is scheduled to start on Fridays at 10 AM PT and end on Sundays at 10 PM PT. Find out more here.

Crowd Funded Donation is not applied to my account

I donated to the kickstarter but never received a crowdfund order to the AoC account associated with the email I crowdfunded with.

    hi there was an email sent out that contained a code to apply on the website it may have landed in your spam folder or if you use Gmail your promotions tab, it would have come from a no-reply@intrepidstudios.com email address,

    you can also try and use https://www.ashesofcreation.com/lost-license/ to get your key if you can't find it 

    failing all that please contact cs@intrepidstudios.com for further assistance

    Thank you! I will contact that email as I have already gotten that email and tried lost license nothing gets applied to my account
