I love this game, but are plan on release ashes of creation on south america country like Chile o argentina.

Underthand if we play on NA server we had 250 ping, and if we play on EU we had 350.

are any love for south america people???

    They have stated a few times that they will open servers where they have adequate demand. Sign up all your friends, if they see a huge amount of SA accounts, then they will most likely add that area. In two years as they get closer to an actual Live launch, if they see the demand, they will fill it.
