Have our accounts been given their rewards yet? Still wondering when I'll be contacted about the things I paid for that were a little bit more on the customer/dealer in person/video stuff.

    the only rewards that are currently rolled out is the Phoenix Initiative access, atm we don't have a eta for the forums badges etc, but ill send in a msg and see if we can get a update on those

    By default you can expect in game cosmetic reward fulfillment sometime after 2019. Exceptions of course will be Alpha/Beta access rewards which will be going out beginning in 2018, and Phoenix Initiative access which is currently enabled. Should that situation change in anyway though we will inform our community en masse. Cheers!
