Alpha Beta Access - How many?
How many alpha access users are you aiming for to have ready by Alpha release in Dec?
What target are you looking at for Beta users?
Will there be ongoing rewards for Alpha & beta users or will it only be the rewards stated as part of the package?
Any private communities for Alpha users? In game ranking?

Alpha 1 is looking to be around 4k users based off of KS/Summer backing numbers for those packages and possible upgrades when it releases unless they add another paid access package with Alpha 1 between now and then. Alpha 2 gets much larger due to the next lower tier of KS/Summer adding many, and not knowing how many people bought PAX access packages. (no verifiable numbers since they didn't let us see how many of each upgrade/package has been done and as of this writing is still available for KS users to upgrade.) Beta 1 and Beta 2 should be just crazy, which gives them the load data they need for eventual live release.
Don't forget that it has been stated multiple times that phases of Alpha/Beta will experience wipes and that the server (or servers if it gets that large) will become test server(s) on launch. Nothing you do during the lead up to live launch will benefit you in any way beyond a knowledge of gameplay and mechanics, which are subject to change and will most likely change radically before live launch. People from all regions will be on a single server most likely based in the US causing lag issues for those outside it. People who you come to love and hate over the course of testing will with Live be broken up into different regions.
