Combat system and mouvement

Hello
I would like to know, when the game is going to be release, if the combat system is going like that: you select the target you want to attack by clicking on him with the mouse and then we can attack or if its going to be the same combat system as Black Desert Online, Neverwinter, etc.
Also, does the movement is going to be like BDO, Neverwinter, ect.

    There are several videos of combat being developed. Those only show around 20-30 percent by their estimate of what they want combat to be. Combat is said to be a mix of tab targetting and action, with players deciding which style they would like to use based on the abilities they put on their bar.
